$0 - $24.99 = $4.95
$25 - $49.99 = $5.95
$50 - $99.99 = $6.95
$100 and over = $8.95 +

Canada, Latin America and Europe - Shipping $10.00

All Shipping is calculated on shipping to the United States. All other countries will have added shipping charges. I will email you the correct shipping charges when I receive your order. All US orders are shipped priority mail.

Note: Minimun purchase must be of $24.99. Shipping charges will depend on weigth.

..::: RETURNS POLICIE :::..

Every item and product are inspected by my staff before shipping to our clients. We only sell high quality materials and products. No returns on DVD's. We are not responsible for missused products.

Due to Online Boutique jewelry and hair bows being custom made to your specifications, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges. However, if we make a mistake in making your item email us for an exchange for the correct item. We will not accept exchanges on incorrectly made items that have been worn and not in the same condition it was mailed to you. We will only accept incorrectly made item claims within 7 days upon you receiving your shipment. You will be asked to send the incorrectly made product back to us before we can exchange it.

Your order will not ship untill money order and the printed order form is received. Orders take from one week to three weeks for delivery depending what country you live in. Time is approximated and could give or take a day or two to arrive in business days. Keep in mind that jewelry and hair bows are custom made to order.

Your jewelry and hair bow isn't made until your order comes in. We hand make all of our jewelry and bows. Any orders that are cancelled after beeing submitted with money order received will have a 20% cancellation fee or a $10 cancellation fee, whichever is greater. At the time that you place your order we may have ordered supplies to make your order. Orders will be shipped in a box to prevent them from being crushed.
